We don’t know if it’s a kitsch – some say it is and it certainly looks like one.
On the ruins of the former Security 5th Direction (Directia V) building in the center of Bucharest (behind the Central Universitary Library – Biblioteca Centrala Universitara ) now stays the modern building of Architects’ Order in Romania .

This is a view from my window in a grey autumn day – people from the district administration give us – walking citizens from the center of Bucharest – back the pavement, taking it from the “four wheel invaders”.
What a pitty !

What a pitty that behind those arches are two well known book-shops !
It seems that people who work there are not at all disturbed by the dirt that surrounds them ! That is the first image their customers see before they enter the shop.
