Every time my mother cooks “cozonac” (that means Easter, Christmas or other special occasions) she divides the dough in 5 parts – four bigger ones & a smaller one .
The four bigger parts are cooked in usual non-stick coating loaf tins, but the “little one” is always cooked in a round glass loaf pan, looks like that in the picture ( 2009 Christmas Cozonac) and it is certainly the tastiest ! No need to say that it is the first eaten !
